1. Contact Us

When you are ready, fill out our website form, or email or call us and we will explain how we can help you. 2. Your Care Assessment
Our Care Professionals will arrange a convenient time to visit you or your loved one's home. We will listen carefully to you and your family's needs and build a personalised Care Assessment that captures your specific requirements. The Care Assessment makes sure we understand exactly what is required to keep you and your loved ones happy and independent at home. The Care Assessment is next used to build a bespoke Care and Support Plan designed to meet all of your needs and fit seamlessly with your life at home and in your community.

3. Meeting and Choosing Your Care Team

It is a privilege to hold the responsibility of supporting the health, wellbeing and independence of the lives of people we serve. We deeply respect the trust placed in us. Our Care Professionals hold enhanced DBS certificates, are trained to exacting standards, and are part of a team of expert co-owners fully committed to providing the highest standards of care.
We know our Care Professionals, and we take time to introduce you to those who we feel are a good match with everything we know about your needs and preferences. From enjoying gardening and looking after beloved pets, to attending activities and community events, we help ensure you are introduced to Care Professionals who you feel you can trust with your care and support, and with your life at home and in your community.

4. Arranging Your First Care Visit

When you have chosen your Care Professional(s) and you are happy with your Care and Support Plan, we can arrange your first and any subsequent Care Visits to your home. We will discuss the times and dates available to you, and we can book these into our Care Schedule in advance. We keep you in control of who visits your home and when, so you can rest assured that your day will happen as planned.

5. Paying For Your Care and Support Visits
We don't charge for your Care Assessment, and you will only receive an invoice for Care and Support Visits that you have agreed to schedule. There are two ways to pay for your Care and Support visits; first is you can pay for each individual home visit. We will email your invoice to you on a weekly basis and this invoice will list all the Care and Support Visits across the week. The second way is you can pay for 1, 3, 6 or 12 month subscription packages and qualify for a discount on your fees. We can set-up a direct debit or you can pay for your care online in advance. 

6. Adapting Your Care and Support Plan
Should your care and support needs and requirements change, we can ensure that your Care and Support Plan is updated accordingly. Our Registered Manager will visit your home regularly to check that our service continues to meet your needs and requirements, and we will also ask for feedback on our service periodically throughout the year. This helps us to understand how we can improve our services and also to ensure that your specific needs and requirements are being met. We are available to discuss your Care and Support Plan with you to ensure we continue to provide the highest standards of service.
