Each year, employees vote for a Care Professional to represent them on the Senior Leadership Team.

One Care Professional is voted to represent the remote, front-line care delivery team, and one Care Professional is voted to represent the office team.
The Senior Leadership Team is then made of directors, Registered Managers and two elected Care Professionals who meet regularly to make decisions in the best interests of our clients, each other and the company.

It is also a forum in which to share best practice, learn from each other, and identify how we can continue to improve our service.

Through the Senior Leadership Team, every voice is respected and heard, and everyone is included.
